WHEY ISO is based on high-quality ultra and micro-filtered whey protein isolate. Whey protein isolate is extracted from milk and undergoes careful filtration processes that concentrate
the protein content. The product has a higher protein content than a standard whey protein concentrate and is therefore particularly suitable if you want a high protein intake without unnecessary calories. Whey protein isolate contains large quantities of leucine, which stimulates muscle growth and reduces muscle breakdown. WHEY ISO is partially refined to remove lactose, giving a minimal lactose content of 0.45 g per serving and only 0.30-0.45 g of fat per serving. Choose your favourite variety of WHEY ISO and mix it with water or milk.
